Hotel was in an amazing location. We stayed in a room with a view over hoan kiem lake which qas lovely. However, the room coyld hqve done with bettwr double glazing as the noise never stopped. Also no curtain over door onto balcony so need eye mask to block out the light in the morning. Thry did a realy nice breakfast.

Great location, big room and friendly staff.

Really good location close to the lake and in the old quarter. Room was very big and they allowed us to check in much earlier than described, which allowed us to nap shortly after our long flight! Very friendly staff and everything was clean and tidy. Didn’t have the breakfast as left early so cannot comment on this.

very good in service with smile of staffs, although price is reasonable! Location is good for reaching restaurants and pubs. Good for a walk along the lake as well. Breakfast was amazing, cooked upon ur requests !! Kind and friendly staffs.

Very helpful and accommodating staff. A+ location smack in the middle of everything. The door to my room wasnt very soundproof but it didnt bother me much. Overall very happy with the hotel and I would stay there again.

ホアンキアム湖まですぐの立地が最高でした。対応も良くてみなさん良い方で好印象でした。オーダー式の朝食も口コミ通りとてもよかったです。口コミで心配していたカギの件は確かに使いにくかったですが、基本的に2回回せば大丈夫ですのでコツさえつかめれば問題ないと思います。部屋からの眺めは気にしてなかったですが、レイクビューの方が良かったかなとちょっと思いました。またハノイに行く際には利用したいと思います。

Great location

Cracking little place for the money. The staff are really friendly and helpful, rooms are spacious and bathrooms functional. The breakfast was tasty and the location is fantastic- really central for everything we wanted to do in Hanoi.
