We booked 2 adults and 2 children but we had to pay an extra surcharge for our daughter as she was considered an adult with 12 years and also for the 2nd child - even though it was in our booking - 2 Children - the reception removed the child surcharge after some negotiation . Family room was barely 20sqm and very small

The superior family room is very small. No space for luggage. There was no amenities like toothbrush and shower caps. Buffet breakfast is the same for the 3 days. Its boring and tasteless.

New modern hotel with great staff

Excellent hotel with very friendly staff who are eager to help. It has a fantastic business lounge with great staff, food all day and cocktails, wine and beer in the evening. On the top floor there is a large infinity pool with great views. Oh, and did I mention the heated toilet seats?

Very great hotel for staycation. It is new in 2023 and very chic. I like that the outdoor pool that is four seasons, with jacuzzi. It was really relaxing during winter. Just beware that they charge the laundry bags

It's enough for a vacation, but the location is ambiguous for sightseeing around the area. It's convenient to use Grab, but if you're not lucky when you come back from Hoan Kiem, it'll be hard to get to the accommodation because Grab won't be available for over an hour.

The hotel and service was great. Rooms a bit small but good enough. Wish they had more variety for room service and more reasonable prices for the hotel food. But grab is a good alternative. Staff went above and beyond.

This hotel would have been rated 5 stars but for one detail. Stayed in room 1210 which had plastic glass! So you can hear everything outside and cannot get a good sleep. You would think a hotel of this calibre would know this BEFORE renting the room to you? Sadly, money talks, customers are not important.

The bedroom and shower room is smaller than my expectation, the working table is too small, no sofa chair for relaxing. When we checked in on 25 Oct night, all the hotel's bar and lounge are not available due to certain reason, quite disappointing when we need a quick drink and dinner. Breakfast does not have enough varieties. Location is good. Front desk staff are courteous and friendly.

Wir waren vorher noch in einem anderen 5 Sterne Hotel in Hanoi und da fällt das L7 leider richtig ab im Vergleich. Ich weiß hier leider nicht, was die 5 Sterne ausmachen. 4 Sterne hätte ich noch geglaubt. Amenities im Bad konnten wir nicht findend. Das Bett war hart. Der Poolbereich hatte kaum Liegen (4 insgesamt). Das Personal wirkte oft unmotiviert. Und am Ende sollte uns noch ein Bier aus der Mini-Bar in Rechnung gestellt werden, was wir nicht getrunken haben. Die Lage fanden wir schön, auch wenn es jetzt für Touristen die eher das Old oder French Quarter besuchen wollen, nicht so ideal ist.
