Excellent location and friendly staff make this a great place to stay in Hanoi. We had four nights and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We were especially impressed with the personal care and attention provided by Katy from reception. She was very helpful throughout the trip. The food and cocktails were all better than we expected .
