Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
There was no front entrance. After going through a door, we arrived at a completely dark lobby. We could not check in because there were no one there, no hotel staff and not even a single guest. We waited around for almost half an hour and shouted loudly to attract attention. No responses. We were scared and fortunate enough to call a Grab driver in the middle of nowhere.
