We booked for Madelis Premium hotel, when check in they don’t have a room is so they sent us to a hotel room with upgraded. We booked room with city view, all we got was the window looking over the garbage in the staircase. The front desk staff was excellent and very helpful. We was very disappointed with the rooms.
