The outsource driver was late to fetch me to airport! I'm disappointed with the time management. So if you want to ask hotel to book the car, please tell them 15mins earlier than you estimated time. This is a critical point of punctuality that has 3be adhered to.

朝食の品数が多くありません（すごく少ないという意味ではありません）が、私には十分でした。 目玉焼きやオムレツは、注文すれば、その場で作ってもらえて、あつあつをいただきました。 すぐそばに、コンビニがあり、飲み物を買って、部屋の冷蔵庫にキープしておけます。 また、歩いて、１分程度のところにコーヒーショップがあり、打合せにも使いました。

자주 베트남 하노이를 다니지만 손에 꼽힐 정도로 좋지 않은 기억을 가집니다. 우선 위치가 어디를 가기에 너무 멀었습니다. 호안끼엠이나 다른 관광지를 가기에 무척 멀었습니다. 그래서 교통비로 많은 비용이 나갔습니다. 스텝들의 친절도는 보통입니다. 그리 친절한것도 아니였죠. 피트니스도 제가 예약한 비용의 방은 따로 돈을 지불해야 이용할 수가 있었습니다. 좋지 않은 기억이죠..

Reception were nice & kind. good location with reasonable price. (however, Buffet menu (morning) needs to be changed. also Fitness which supposed to be free, They asked for charge.
