Not walkable to city but if you’d like to explore the Hanoi more broadly it is a fantastic location. Big spacious suite with office to work from, cafe downstairs in the building. Staff are so polite, helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again

I've stayed at Somerset/ ascot properties before. The check in was easy, the wifi was nice, the staff gave us a tour and showed us to our rooms when it was ready. The room we were given was very run down and old. The property itself looks very nice and new, the room however could use some updates. Yet the basics were there. The beds were ok ( we had two regular twin beds) the tvs were so old, small and outdated. I dont know when the washer was cleaned last ( this is why I booked with them). They have a apartment like feel and plenty of space. This is close to restaurants, kfc, highlands and close to Lotte Market-department store. lots to do in the area. There is a park near by and at ight you'll see people playing badminton on the sidewalks. This is a good place to stay if you have a lot of people and need more space and if you wont be inside to much. I am a fan of Somerset so I wouldn't let this experience stop me from booking at other locations.

I felt like i lived in my apartment. Spacious as described in the website along with laundry helps to plan the stay as intended. Front office staff's are very helpful. They guide me whenever i need their support including in arranging a taxi for intercity trip, which costs way lower than Grab. Over all, i wouldn't look for other property to stay in Hanoi.

I nice hidden gem in Cau Giay

Arrival was convenient, although you can't access the elevator from the garage unless you already have a room key. The room was spacious and the view of Hanoi was gorgeous from the large windows in the room. Food options were convenient by foot from the location.the room was quite comfortable and clean but the building, in general, could use maintenance. Chipped paint on the walls and malfunctioning buttons for the elevator were small annoyances. The staff was top notch.

home away from home

Very nice and convinient stay, convenient store, restaurant and atm machines are just with in the building of the hotel, a big plus for any traveller and tourist like us. We reserved the 2 bedroom executive, big bed rooms, big sala, 2 toilet and bath. Kitchen also has complete utencils and kitchen equipments, you can easily cook your own food. Also provided water dispencer with 5 gallons of water, more than enough for our 3 days stays. Washing machine is also available, so there's no worry it you have limited clothes during your stay. These will be on my top list, of accomodation, if ever we will be back to Hanoi.

Tremendous Service

The staff at this hotel are top notch. They were very kind and helpful. After staying in many hotels in Hanoi or the past 5 years I would say this is the best by far for your money.
