Room was definitely not clean. Bathroom, the walls and the floor were dirty. Top sheet on the bed did not look clean but sheets looked to have been changed. Area is great. Staff were nice enough.
Soon as we arrived we put the electricity card in and 5 minutes later it was sparking and on fire. We then changed rooms and they asked us after an hour to move back into the original room which we refused, we it still smelt like smoke and we didn’t feel safe in it. Then they kept messing us around with changing rooms for the rest of the stay.
