Staff are friendly, welcoming and super helpful going above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Breakfast buffet was tasty with good variety and a great view, and the hotel includes a gym (free weights and machines) and rooftop pool and bar. Location is excellent for getting to all the main attractions.

The location is good and walkable to some tourist attractions. The staffs are very nice and friendly and surprisingly they decorated our room with birthday decorations for my husband’s birthday. Will definitely come back again.

I originally stayed here because it was 2min walk from the best coffee in Vietnam (Hebeca) but I kept coming back because the staff and the rooms are excellent. Mia was a delight and then iirc Charlotte was extremely helpful as well. When Charlotte organed to have a friends belongings returned to Da Nang it was very much appreciated. The home made yogurt at the breakfast is first class as well.

We had a wonderful stay at Champton Hanoi Hotel — the location in the heart of the Old Quarter was perfect for walking to Hoan Kiem Lake, Train Street and local food spots, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and made check-in and check-out smooth. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and we especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with lots of fresh options. The rooftop pool and bar with city views was a great bonus after a day of exploring. Overall it felt like excellent value for the quality, service, and amenities — highly recommend for anyone visiting Hanoi!

Fantastic hotel, taken to the next level by the team all teams hard working and guest focused. They take great pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience. Champton Hanoi was a lovely stay. It has a very authentic feel to it. We had the room with city views and I was obsessed with the details of the room. The staff especially Erin were very lovely from the moment we checked in until when we left. They were very patient and kept our bags for the entire day after checking out. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. We grabbed dinner at the hotel in the evening and it was equally delicious. The hotel is located less than 5 minutes walk to the famous Railway Cafe on train street. Upon our departure we received a lovely gift from the hotel - a coffee strainer and a small bag of coffee to remind us of our time in Hanoi once we get back home. Very pleased with the choice we made for our stay in Hanoi.

The rooms here are comfy and well-maintained, the staff are so friendly and accommodating, and the area around is lively and super close to Hoan Kiem Lake! Their amenities are also very good - would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Hanoi and would definitely come back to stay here again!
