Vi fikk et mindre rom enn det som sto da vi bestilte det. Vi skulle ha et separat soverom og liten sofa, vi fikk en liten ettromsleilighet uten sofa. Den ansatte skyldte på feil i systemet og sa vi måtte betale ekstra for å få rommet vi egentlig hadde bestilt, til tross for å ha vist navn på rommet på kvitteringen vår. Hun kunne heller ikke noe engelsk og samtalen foregikk gjennom en oversettelsesapp. Både dusj og vask var tett. På kjøkkenet var det ingen glass eller kniv og kun en gaffel. Leiligheten var fin og helt ny ellers, men diverse hvitevarer hadde fortsatt plast og emballasje på seg. Skumplasten var fortsatt på i kjøleskapet. Rolig nabolag.
