good location with plenty of amenities nearby. room is clean and staff altitude is excellent. one thing i dislike is the shower area which is a bath tub. it is quite slippery when wet. It can be a safety hazard for elderly. suggest to have breakfast at cafe nearby.

The staff service is very good, the room is as expected for the price. The surrounding is great for walking around the lakeshore, local food, banking, bakeries, shopping. A quieter area than Old Town & Hồ Gươm.

The location of the hotel is great. The hotel is easy to find and it has a spectacular view of the lake. Moreover, all of the hotel staff are friendly and they could speak English well. I definitely recommend Westlake Pearl Suite hotel.

Nice hotel with good staff

Awesome hotel. I arrived early and they gave me a free upgrade and early check in. I really thought all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Upon booking the hotel sent me an email with some useful information. Its a hotel, but they can also help arrange tours, or transportation.

Hanoi vacation

My 4 night stay at this beautiful hotel was beyond amazing. To start with… ALL the front desk folks were very accommodating and willing to help anyway possible. I was first met by the porter immediately while I was exiting my GRAB ride, then inside Max the front desk gentleman. A experience like I’ve never had before. The entire property is amazingly clean and comfortable. The hotel is in probably the best location you can ask for. Lots of coffee shops, eateries, pharmacies, grocery store all within a couple minutes walk Tay Ho lake is directly across the street. I can’t express it well enough, definitely an experience you will enjoy. Thank you to all the staff of this property. Without a doubt it will be my choice anytime I’m in Hanoi.

Hotel was not ready for us to check in at 2, saying previous guests were just leaving. We had a reservation, no. Invited us to take a smaller room right away, or give them an hour to clean the room with thee balcony. Which one do you think I took. Recommended a nearby restaurant, while we waited, but it was closed, and would reopen at 5. The tub/shower without a curtain seems inappropriate. The view was nice but the hotel could use a reconditioning. The cleaning staff was great too. Doorman smiley. I usually like to return to ạ place when I find a place that I like. Would not return. Far too many options in the area.

We are a couple who travel abroad frequently, and have visited more than a dozen countries and stayed in many five-star hotels. However, when we arrived at the Hotel at 7 am on March 23, we met a young front desk receptionist whose service level far exceeded the five-star standard and left a deep impression on us. The receptionist not only quickly arranged a comfortable rest area for us, but also enthusiastically took us to a nearby restaurant for breakfast, and introduced the local tourist attractions in detail and provided many practical suggestions. What is even more touching is that even after he got off work and went home, he still cared about our situation and was always ready to help. In the afternoon, when he was on the night shift again, despite his busy work, he still did not forget to properly arrange the room for us and carefully asked us if we had any other needs. He also took the initiative to arrange transportation to the airport for us the next day to ensure that our trip was worry-free. As three elderly travelers, we felt extremely warm and grateful for this. Now we know his name to be Phong。we firmly believe that it is rare for the VIP Hotel to have such an outstanding employee. We implore the leadership to give this employee a great compliment for his outstanding service and selfless dedication.Seeing that we were old, the hotel management upgraded us to a room with a window for free. Thank you again for your excellent service,

This is purely on the property - it was an awful stay. Cockroach type bugs, hair on the bed and unclean rooms. It’s nothing as advertised. The staff was nice enough to offer us a free ride to airport for our uncomfortable stay. However I would’ve rather stayed elsewhere and not had any of these issues.

Worst hotel experience ever! We had to deal with these bad people at the hotel who lied and cheated! We had to call the local police because they illegally charged us. The local police agreed with us and they agreed to We had to call our credit card company to dispute the charge. This is the only hotel we have ever had to move out early because we did not feel safe with these people. Notes: I travel internationally for work and leisure from United States to Europe, to Asia, to Africa, South America.
