"The property manager Mr. Quy and his staff, are very kind and helpful. His apartment unit was equipped with everything I needed, very clean and cozy! I loved the decor!!! As a solo female traveler and expat, I highly recommend his property because the high level of safety and ease of getting everything you need in the nearby area. I was walking distance to malls, restaurants, spas, cafes and grocery stores. You name it, they had everything. It was certainly a very wonderful experience! As a solo traveler female to Vietnam for the very first time, I was very happy with the living accommodations and the area it's in. I would definitely visit again!"

"The staff truly made my stay enjoyable. I visited to celebrate a birthday, but the day came and went without any special acknowledgment from the hotel—no small gesture like a slice of cake or a card, which was a bit disappointing. That said, the overall experience was still worthy of four stars. A special mention to Trang in the F&B department, who was outstanding and made a real difference to my stay."

"Very nice hotel with exceptional staff. Book here if you want a nice view of the city. Only problem with this hotel was the humidity in the rooms. Rooms feel muggy and could use a humidifier to clean the air. Outside of the air quality, my room and view was amazing and clean. I would stay here again if air quality/moister is fixed. "
