Enjoy four season outdoor adventures from your cozy and private escape. Guests will find a king bed, a queen bed, and bunk bed perfect for families or groups. Two futons on the top floor also convert to beds. Private dock with clean, deep water and mountain view. This is your happy place. The way life should be.

The house is in a quiet area and on a clear night the stars are incredible . The house has plenty of room for my family (5 in total). It is very clean and had any kitchen items you could need. The host is a great guy who went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay. 15-20 minutes to Sunday River was an easy drive. We will rent the house again.
