Beautiful space and location!

"We had a group in town for graduation. It was a tad cold to utilize the outside spaces, but they were gorgeous! We enjoyed the hottub immensely, and highly suggest utilizing it during your stay! Beds are comfy as well. Having young children proved to be a challenge at bed time as the sound carries really well throughout the house."

"We stayed here because I was working in Cedar Falls and in Ames and this was a good halfway point. It is so peaceful by the river and the host was very accommodating. My husband lives with a physical disability and doesn't handle stairs well; this place has no stairs and was very accessible and worked well for him. Our dog loved it too, plenty of green space. A lovely spot in a small town, one of our favorite stops. Thank You!"
