Food selections were plenty, convenience stores, gyms, pool all within walking distance. The building itself was nice but what REALLY stood out was the customer service."

"Our apartment suite was amazing. It had every comfort we could ask for and more. It was incredibly spacious with more storage space than we could use. It was much more than we could have hoped for. Unfortunately we only spent one night at the hotel due to our travel schedule but would have loved to have spent a few more nights there. The staff was extemely courteous and helpful. We would definitely return to the Novotel Hanoi without hesitation."
