"I liked the vegan options at breakfast but the lentils were raw and hard. Breakfast for a vegan guest was USD30 seemed quite unreasonable. The property seems newly renovated but in some areas the renovation looks like a cover up. There are no vegan options for dinner or lunch which seem easy if the traditional foods are properly presented on the menu."

"Excellent customer service. Starting from Brenda at the reception, the guy at the bar at the pool area, maintenance guy who came to fix the AC. I wish i could name them all. The rooms where clean. The food needs a bit of working on to improve on it. Other than that i can still come back."

"The room offered was dirty , bath tab , And all floors very dirty had to scrub the bath to enable me to use it. The Television had crackles , picture quality poor and haze in the end I could not connect to any TV channel at all . The hotel safe was broken not able to use to keep vulnerables. Considering that I booked this stay back in September 2025 no effort was made to ensure that I get offered a clean room . The carpets laid along the corridors were all very dusty and smelt due to lack of maintenance. I have been a guest at the Jameson crests on and off for over 10yrars I have noticed that the standards of cleanliness there has gone down , the place is no longer fit for purpose. I cannot fault the reception staff they tried their best to address my concerns "
