The stay here is everything advertised and then some. Itā€™s a very peaceful location off the main touristy area but not too far from restaurants and things to do. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Easy Ocean Access Condo

This property is a lovely spacious 1 bedroom with easy ocean access! Weā€™re frequently in Bluffton/Hilton Head, so it was a nice opportunity to visit the peacefulness of Harbor Island. Weā€™ll definitely be back!

This rental was better than expected. We were right near the water with a huge deck. Saw beautiful sunrises! Condo is well stocked with everything we needed. The state park pass was a great perk. Loved the location.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo had an amazing view and such easy access to the board walks right off the back porch! Thank you to our owner, we had one hiccup with a parking pass and we were able to get her on the phone and get it sorted out! Would love to rent again!

The condo was spotless and very comfortable. Very large balcony that is accessible from the bedroom and the living room. Beachfront access right out of the living room via the boardwalk. Sure...there are lots of things to do out on the sea islands and inland, but if you want to add to your stay, the most relaxing spot in the area, this is it. Can't wait to come back again.

Nice for a quiet week

Our first time to the area. Great place to visit if youā€™re looking for a quiet beach trip. The area is quaint and a little isolated. Closest grocery store is 13 miles so come prepared to save yourself frequent trips. Not a bad drive to get to store though. Also, several local mom and pop restaurants that were good. Quick communication with property owner when questions came up.

I have nothing negative to say about the condo. It had everything a person would need. With the unit having a washer and dryer I was able to pack less. I especially liked the Keri and coffee supplied. If I would return to the area I would be happy to rent the same unit!

Lovely & Peaceful

I enjoyed staying at this condo. It was so peaceful. The sunrise from the back patio, living room, and bedroom were all amazing. It didn't matter which you chose to vie it from (but I suggestsittingon the patio). An extra bonus you can see the ocean from the patio and was jut a short walk from the condo. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Also, being alone, I felt completely safe. My husband and I are planning for our anniversary trip there. Can't wait!

Beautiful property & close to the beach

The good, beautiful property, huge TV in living room. The beach is a good walk out, but it is really nice once you get out there! Plenty of the kitchen area to cook if you want to! The Keurig was really convenient to use as well. The bad, the bed was a little too soft for us, we like a harder bed not a soft one :) We got locked out the first night, and the manager helped us get back inside - it took a couple of hours.

We were so excited to return to the Turtleā€™s Nest. The beach is out your back door literally! The porch is the perfect spot for morning coffee with a beach sunrise, lunch to escape the sun and evening relaxing. We enjoyed beach walks, catching hermit crabs, and playing in the pools. The beach is a natural gem, we walked all around seeing dolphins, a huge point full of pelicans, and so many beautiful sunsets/ sunrises. The condo is comfortable and clean. It was great to return with a good idea of what we needed without having to gamble on a different rental property, we are so thankful for the family memories made with our girls. Canā€™t wait to do it again

Pros and Cons

Pros: Beautiful area, very serene, saw birds, turtles, fish, crabs, and snakes, the beach is stunning in a natural setting, condo just steps from boardwalk to beach, and a pool, large deck porch, many restaurants close by, state park close by. Cons: Kitchen was not a chef's paradise, little counter space, every knife was very dull and useless, the spices were old, found one pan was crusted with burnt food, limited supplies of paper towels, and toilet paper, and gave only one trash bag, the shower is set so that you can not take a hot shower!!! all other taps worked fine, not as upscale as I thought the furnishings need improvement, pools are not heated.
