"Instructions sent for location were overly complicated then upon arrival. host came out to the driveway and literally yelled at me about not following them to her specifications- again giving way too much detail without pausing. Later I contacted her through the app with a question and never got a response. Many type written signs in room & bathhouse- more snippy than necessary but guests clearly got the messages . "The ways beds have been lad out after opwning the murphy bed- is not safe. -once opened both there is a very tight space between the two at one of the corners - it caused me a bad injury on my small toe and ripped off half of my nail- Cleaning was supposed to be daily- despite letting the crew know at 12 pm that we are heading out and please try and clean, while we are gone, when we returned at 3:30 the room wasn't cleaned , when I mentioned and complained to the Manager she sounded as if it was our fault that we didn't call the FD. This took me with bit of a shock as daily cleaning was part of the routine. This was a big disappointment. They need to change the layout of their beds or do something else to prevent the injury which is a biggest safety issue."

"The property was just as described and matched the pictures. Lovely, comfy decor and very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed to make a few meals. We especially loved sitting out on the deck. Gorgeous views and we were even visited by deer one night! The only issue we had was the internet on the tv in the main bedroom didn't work so we couldn't watch tv down there. The host was very responsive and I spoke with them while we were there but unfortunately they couldn't get that issue resolved. But it was not that big of a deal. This is a beautiful condo, great location to see Harbor Springs and Petow.ey And not too far from Mackinaw."

"The cabin was super cute and spacious enough for our girls weekend rock hunting trip! All of the rooms were clean & tidy, the cabin was easy to find and close enough to all of our rockhounding areas! The only downside, the bathroom is a bit cramped for women of a little larger size but we'd definitely stay here again"

"Beautiful lake location! The lake view, beach and deck were lovely. This house worked well for us. The yard is large but know that the geese love it too! Lots of goose poop to clear daily to make a path to the water. The house is large and quiet but could be improved with some additions such as night tables, working lamps, umbrella stand etc as well as some outside cleaning and furniture upgrades. Kitchen is great and well stocked. Two laundry rooms and refrigerators were a bonus!Maria was very available and had to help us with repair issues which she did in a thoughtful manner. We had a great time here!"
