"Easy to park and centrally located to nice restaurants and wineries. Attention to detail could use new toilet seat and a toilet paper holder. Other than that stay was comfortable."

"We had a great stay at Alexa’s Mattituck property and would absolutely come back. The home’s layout is one of its strongest features; an open, airy design that makes it easy to relax and spend time together. The industrial farmhouse aesthetic is very well done, giving the space a modern, but comfortable & cozy feel.The bedrooms were especially well thought out, with blackout shades that made it easy to get a great night’s sleep. We also really appreciated the Sonos system, which added a nice touch throughout the house.Location-wise, it’s hard to beat. You’re just minutes from the water, close to Love Lane, and a short drive to some of the best wineries in Mattituck, Southold, and Jamesport. Overall, a fantastic spot for a North Fork getaway."

"Morgan was a great host and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Everything in the house was as expected, and the large living room with the enormous TV was great for our evenings and the location was great to explore Long Island. Our dog had a great time in the backyard with a ton of space to run."

"I don’t think you need to read past the headline but just in case you did here are a few words about this amazing property. On Palmer Vineyard property, this spacious antique beauty has 4 bedrooms and they’re ALL en-suite. Yes. Perfect for turning off the interwebs and connecting with those around you (yes there is WiFi and a tv but you won’t want to turn it on. ) Everyone at Palmer is so warm, welcoming and just so hospitable. They go the extra mile to take care of whoever is staying at the house (thank you Patrick!). I can’t say enough great things about our stay."

"Spacious room with table and chairs. Breakfast was a great to start the day. Fresh fruit, yogurt and a delicious bagel. Also loved the in-room Nespresso machine. The hot tub was fantastic on a chilly evening, then I got right into my thick hooded bathrobe that came in the room."

"This is an amazing and spacious house, where a family can spend one night or one whole year comfortably. At first, the white decor is a bit intimidating but it is a comfortable place with so many small thoughtful touches. The location is great for our events at the Paumanok Vineyards. I would definitely stay here again with my family should we have more events at Paumanok. "
