Room had the bare necessities, staff was quick for check in and check out, breakfast could’ve had more options, but the AC was so loud it woke me up multiple times and the room had a connecting door to the room next to it so it had very thin walls and could hear the family next door late at night and very early at 7am

The room was clean and comfortable and our off-season rate was appreciated. The only real difficulty was that our room was only cleaned one out of the seven days we were there due to a confusion with some of the cleaning staff who didn’t speak English. It didn’t help that our room only had a “Do Not Disturb” sign (both sides) and no other sign to express our wish for service other than using the front desk, which we did use eventually and helped us with extra towels. We were able to dump our own trash easily.

The Melia needs a face lift! Everything is super outdated and looks old inside suites + room. This is my second stay at Melia. Previous stay was 10 years ago. What makes it good pick is the location! I wouldn’t stay here again though.
