"Initial room was not cleaned. Even after going to the desk - the response was I'll let the manager know and housekeeping will come in the morning. There were 2 sweatshirts in the room, trash in the can, bed wasn't made (sheets/covers pulled up to the top), bath mat sitting on the top of the toilet, tissue box empty and separated from the container, used soap on the sink. Had to ask to be moved to a new room. No apologies. "

"The staff was kind and the building smelled very clean upon entry. The building is an older property but has done a decent job of updating most things. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice. You can hear the highway occasionally but the fan on the AC unit generally covered it. The unit in our room was loud when the AC kicked in. Overall it was worth what we paid for it. "
