Felt neglected and the AC didn’t work. The atmosphere is extremely smoky even upstairs in the hotel rooms. The hotel has no car service at all so it’s hard to move around if you don’t have a rental car. Good was good tho!

Our stay would have been great had they fixed the TV that was supposed to be fixed at the beginning of our stay. Staff kept calling to see if the TV was repaired but no one ever came up to try and fix it in 4 attempts. Otherwise great hotel and hotel staff.

Peaceful nights sleep.

I left another hotel because the walls were so thin I wasn’t sleeping and needed a good nights sleep before my road trip home. I wished I had changed hotels earlier. The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfy and it was quiet. I got a great nights sleep. I appreciated the coffee shop as well. It’s nice to be able to get an espresso drink without having to drive. And there is a gas station right there. I’ll def book my full stay there next time I come down and spend some time checking out the rest of the amenities.

Staff Helpfulness in Medical Situation

My husband was experiencing a medical situation and the staff was very helpful and supportive, especially the Security staff. Getting me a wheelchair, getting us to our hotel room and then to the car when we left. I am very grateful for their help.
