"BIG, spacious rooms at a hotel that appears to be a converted apartment complex. Our room had a private balcony, a great view, a full kitchenette with dishwasher, stove and microwave, and a TV with a LOT of channels. The furnishings are a bit dated, but that was no bother for us. We appreciated the very spacious room, friendly staff, easy parking, proximity to shops and dining, things to do (the pool & hot tub were closed for maintenance on our visit, but are often available, plus a gathering area in the middle with covered gazebo, cornhole and more), and the ability to sit on the balcony and enjoy a very quiet night. Will 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone else wanting to stay in Nashville."

"You won’t find better Hosts. Place was very clean. Beds were extremely comfortable and the towels are top notch. Location is close to all local attractions. Will definitely be back. We actually gained friends on this trip. Thanks for everything Teresa and Don! Very much appreciated."

"The property needed a little love, but it was a nice stay. We enjoyed the whirlpool tub and the location to the town was great. Breakfast was pretty good. The pool was cold, but nice to swim in nonetheless. The spot out front with the rocking chairs was nice and we were able to meet some people and make some new friends."
