Rough River Lake House conveniently located by Axtel Marina and Nicks Boat Dock

The house has four bedrooms, three full baths and one half bath. It can sleep 12 people, with bedding available for an additional 5 people upon request, so it’s perfect for that big family or group of families. It has an open floor plan with a fully functional kitchen and dining room, that has seating for 10-12 at a time. The basement still has a bar area that is unfinished, but there is a great game room for entertaining in the evening or on rainy days! Nick’s Boat Dock does rent pontoons, which is an option for those without a boat, or you could head less than two miles down the road to the north fork campground beach to enjoy a couple days of just swimming.

Full Disclosure: There are security cameras located on the perimeter of the house for monitoring the property, since this property is in a relatively rural area. These cameras are only reviewed when there has been an issue with the property or a specific group. There are also 146 steps to get down to the water.
