"House is falling down!The photos on the website do no show that the house has undergone catastrophic subsidence, so see the photos I’ve added. Huge cracks in all the walls. I would not be surprised if the house hasn’t been condemned!The bed we used was quite hard an uncomfortable and I didn’t get a decent night’s sleep the entire week we were there.The lane to access the house is very tight, damaging my wing mirror as it scraped down the lanes of the wall. It’s only really for small cars and brave drivers.The location, however, is great! There was a 5 minute walk into the Place Aux Hermes and easy access to the beautiful walks around the Valle de l’Eure.We will be visiting Uzes again, but we won’t be staying here."

"Lovely large apartment, very comfortably decorated with a very welcome pool, in a fantastic location. Communication with the owner was excellent. We enjoyed our stay very much and will hopefully return in the future."

"Site idéal pour des vacances au calme, joli studio bien équipé très bien décoré, propre la piscine est très agréable et tout le mobilier est a disposition. Pratique pas loin du centre d'Uzès et un centre commercial juste après les bonbons Haribo . Nos hôtes sont très sympathiques et bienveillants. "

"If one is seeking peace and quiet in a beautiful setting, Mari and Etienne’s property is the place. It is spotlessly clean, very well maintained, and is wonderfully landscaped. Due to the season we only used the pool once, but it is very nice as well.If you are a prospective American or British guest who only speaks English, be advised that Mari and Etienne do not speak much English, (but I don’t speak French and rented a house in France, so that’s my problem).I HIGHLY recommend this property."
