  • Summary:

    Enjoy a spacious cabin perfect for a family, couples or a group of hunters. It is across from the Outer Banks of NC & Cape Lookout are both a short boat ride. This home has quick access to historical Beaufort, Morehead City and Atlantic Beach. It provides the comforts of home in a setting beyond words. The location is ideal for water activities being directly on Core Sound and a minutes from the boat ramp. If you have any questions please message me and I'll be happy to answer!



    The Space:

    This home is located in an area known for great fishing in the spring, summer and fall. The duck hunting is renowned in the winter months. We have beautiful weather for boating, kayaking and just lazy summer days. Carteret County has many festivals year round that visitors love to participate in. The home is close to Outer Banks & Cape Lookout, Historical Beaufort, Morehead City, Atlantic Beach, and Fort Macon. This location would also be great for wedding venues or as a reception, please contact us for further details

Perfect beach getaway

We loved this place so much last year, we booked again this year and it was just as clean and nice as before. It’s perfectly located for all of the things we like to do on the island. One ofThe cleanest properties I’ve ever stayed at. We have already booked again for next year!

Loved this house! It was perfect for our family of 5 to enjoy a long boating weekend with quick marina access. So close to Cape Lookout! Driveway is a little short for a boat and truck, but we were able to make it work. The house was very comfortable. I especially appreciated all the family room seating because we did have rain and ended up watching tv while we were there. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking at the house - which you might want to be prepared for. Not many restaurants right on the island, but we didn't mind. Did takeout one night and cooked another. We will definitely come back!

Convenient & cute!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This lovely home is in a great location ~ can see the water from the living room, close to the Museum & Ferry, easy to get in & out of. They’ve made the most of the space - it was very comfortable for our whole family. There’s also a great back yard for grilling, etc. Kim was very communicative & helpfully, even on a holiday weekend! Kitchen could use a few more staple cooking items, but I think they’re building that up.

Harkers island weekend getaway

Harker’s Island Retreat

We couldn’t recommend a better rental home! It exceeded our needs. We really enjoyed the conveniences of being so close to the ferry. We loved the quiet atmosphere and the home like feel!
