"Where should I start? Check in was great. Pulled up it looked nice. Walked in it looked nice. Looked like it had been updated. The person who checked us in was polite. Walk down the hall, it smells horrible! Ok I understand things happen and smells occur. Get up to the floor we are roomed on, the hallway floors were dirty with stains all over. Get to our room and our door didn't want to open. Finally get in the door. The room is good size, the bed was ok, the floor had stains on it. They literally just tried to make it look like it was updated. The paint is old and chipping. Carpets are horrible, bathtub was dirty and stained up. The bed had a decent sheet and blanket. Pillows were ok-ish. Settled in for the night and went to shower. There was literally one towel and one washcloth in our room. Q "

"Place was nice. Love the area with lots of shopping. The room had a couch in it that definitely needs replaced. Honestly that’s the only issue i had. It could use a little updating, but definitely not bad. I would probably stay again because of the Price and location"

"Breakfast was ok just not as nice as last year. Staff was pleasant & polite. We didn’t have wash cloths for 3 days. Outlet in the bathroom needed changed out as the plugs just fall out of it. Maintenance came, didn’t switch out the outlet, but the upper plug in worked better. I really like this hotel because the restaurant within the hotel has great food & the bar area is really nice. We stayed last year & really liked it, but I’m not sure we will go back next year."

"Clean hotel with very spacious rooms and amenities like bar, restaurant, marketplace, etc. The staff was very friendly and pet friendly, although the adjoining room had 3 dogs that barked most of the day. Parking was too expensive and the exit was broken every day we were there, making us late for appointments. "

"Breakfast was good but they ran out of syrup an hour before breakfast was over. Very clean room, etc. only major complaint is some individuals out in the lobby were talking loudly and laughing at 2:00 in the morning. Not sure if they were guests or staff. Otherwise great place to stay."

"The building inside especially beautiful! Our room was gorgeous and the staff friendly and helpful 100%!! The breakfast was unbelievable! Absolutely A+++! Clean, stocked and fresh and hot! Omelets out of this world! I wanted to live there! Thank you thank you thank you!!"

"When we got there elevator was broke entire stay hot tub and pool was shut down. I'm disabled it was very hard to walk stairs to third floor every time I went out so I had stay in room a lot. No discount was given so this was not good place to stay"
