We were gone most of the days and just needed a place a sleep and this place met that need.

I don’t recommend renting this place.
The trailer is in area where a lot of dogs and they barked incessantly. We had to clean all of the dishes before using them. The stove wouldn’t work, had to manually light the pilot. Part of the electrical outlets did not work. The window shades were destroyed. The toilet kept plugging up. I notified the owner and was told that he has a “winter Texan who does the repairs. The site does have another bedroom and kitchen area that are also rented. The location is safe and we didn’t have any safety issues. I loved the garden area as it looked like it was once a beautiful setup but is now rotted out and needs serve maintenance. The storm shields were loose and kept banging in the wind causing the light fixtures on the backside to break. Because we got onto town earlier then expected, the owner graciously allowed us to move in before the expected date.
