"Wish I'd stayed longer! It was clean, the bed was so comfortable and the cabin was accessible which met my needs perfectly, the only feedback I have is around the kettle, it was old and really difficult to use, for an accessible cabin those little things also contribute to accessibility for people who are differently able. "
"The apartment appeared fine in photos, After checking in we noticed there were no window blinds on some windows in the bedrooms. It was a little hard to rest with full daylight in bedroom at 4:30am On the first morning, there was a disgusting smell coming from bathroom, drain vent issue. The smell became near unbearable, we were forced spend as much time away from the apartment as possible. I did report this, it was unable to be rectified during our stay. There are a lot of vermin in the appartment, spiders and cockcrouches in the apartment. My wife found some of these in the food prep area. There is aircon in one bed room only. Xmas day was 42 degrees, nights like these it was very uncomfortable to sleep the bedroom. The mattress in the main bed is near end of life. Had to buy a mattress topper, for the bed to stop springs stabbing us in the back. In all the expeirience was extremely underwhelming. "
Nice Two Bedroom Apartment with courtyard/balcony in secure complex
8/10 Good
"Enjoyed our stay. Everything was so amazing. The owners were so accessible and very helpful. Only negative would be that the ad says it has WI-FI but it is WI-FI without internet so you have to hotspot off your phone."
"room was filthy no bowls to use no dinner plates no towels however the snuck some towels into my room while i was not in the room dont like people in a property that im renting unanounced or uninvited horrible place ."
"Arrived at the property and immediately felt uneasy. There was insufficient communication. The property was left unlocked and was on closer inspection dirty with lounge chairs in the carpark and rubbish around. It was an unwelcoming environment and in the best interests of my safety and my daughter, we found alternate accommodation and did not spend a night. Our concerns were that great that we chose to lose our money. Will never book through this site again."
"The check in and check out communication was great, the location and unit itself were very pleasant, the upkeep of the complex and unit was in need of attention. this being said it didn't affect my stay and I would recommend it to others."
