"The parking was secure and the continental breakfast was stocked as needed. The room was updated and modern, although the towels could have been of better quality."

"Room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. My only complaint is the bed in the handicap accessible room needs much improvement. It was not even chair height from the floor; with mobility issues getting up was not easy. Also the mattress was too soft. My previous stay approximately one year ago was a much better bed than now. Perhaps they just need to be replaced. "

"Very nice staff. The room was really nice and the breakfast each morning was really good. It was convenient to the hospital that our fur baby was having surgery at, so that was a plus tio."

"The Trilogy experience was a wonderful experience very nice clean hotel. However, there was a constant fragrance in the lobby and dining areas that caused my friend to almost have an allergic reaction, so we were not able to dine at the hotel nor enjoy the first floor amenities. fragances should be at a minimum that you cannot spell."

"The only entrance is guarded by a valet service, but the staff was great. We were put in an ADA room that was not cleaned and turned over until 4 PM. The room was clean but there was loud music coming from somewhere else in the building after 10 PM and the refrigerator was too small to hold a "to-go" box. For a room with 2 queen beds (sleeps 4) I found it odd that there was only 1 chair in the room. The location is perfect with a good number of shops and restaurants within a short walk as well as a nice park with walking paths and a nice pond. Other cities need to follow Huntsvilles lead with free public parking on the weekend. "
