"Clean with very comfortable beds. Shower was small for larger people. Late check in was available but hard to navigate to the cabin in the dark. the drive is almost an off-road trail which I wasn’t aware of beforehand. Be careful after a storm some trees could easily topple into the path. Some trees were damaged during a storm but thankfully didn’t fall into the road."

"We had a great stay. The owners are so welcoming and laid-back that it promotes an easy-going relaxation that one might feel when staying with family, rather than an unknown entity. Ann and Billy are generous and seem to truly want to share their property for guests to enjoy as if it were their own. They are up front in what they are offering, not claiming to offer a luxury resort stay, but rather a pet-friendly, homey sort of feel, which we appreciated. The addition of historical context and free-range feathered visitors added interest and topped off the peace and beauty of the place. We had a wonderful, calming stay and would definitely do it again. Loved it."
