"That hotel was outstanding. It was very clean. The beds and pillows were amazing. Great night sleep. We had the option of adding breakfast in at a reduced cost when I booked it and we are very glad we did. The breakfast was fabulous. Well worth the money."

"Need to take care of the pool!!! Water was green. They had put chlorine tablets in the side box & it wasn’t working nor was vacuuming it. please get some shock and maintain it better. Breakfast was good except the apple & strawberry kiwi juice was watered down. The hotel is in a great location and felt safe."

"Excellent quality hotel , large comfortable room and upgraded bathroom . Throughout the hotel there are a few oddities to remind of how historic the property( like the mail shoot outside the elevators) is and how it’s been brought up to date to meet the modern needs. A great place to stay in Winchester ."

"We enjoyed our 4 night visit at The Cabin at Alta Vista. The cabin is a relaxing home away from home. There are so many personal touches the owners leave for their guests. The sunroom was our favorite place to hang as a family and work puzzles and play board games. The cabin is close to towns if you want to explore, but it's a wonderful space if you're looking for a rental to stay and recharge!"

"My wife & I thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at this uber quaint inn. Super clean. Convenient location. Spacious room. Very peaceful. Superb restaurant right next door. Yummy, professionally prepared breakfast to die for. Friendly staff. We are retired seniors. We stayed here in June 2026 on our way to Gettysburg, Annapolis, Mt. Vernon & DC."
