"Walk in shower had a shower curtain on a curved rod like is used for bath tubs. That meant the bathroom floor flooded every time you showered. Apparently a long existing problem because staff was quick to bring a bunch of old towels for us to mop up the floor. Why not just install a straight shower?"

"The housekeeping and front desk staff were very disappointing and were not accommodating at all! Our room ran out of towels and toilet paper on our second day! There were no available extras on hand! As we requested multiple times from the front desk, they just told us housekeeping is not in yet that we had to wait for a roll of toilet paper?! Whereas, you could easily just get off your phone and go to the closet or wherever you guys have it stocked and hand us ONE Roll! The service was not Hilton service at all! The room should have been stocked up of toilet paper, towels, tissue boxes and paper towels to begin with! Our stay were only for two days and could not even be accommodated of the general needs! The breakfast and restaurant staff were very nice! But the front desk and housekeeping need to do better, Hilton better! "

"Staff was super friendly and helpful and the valet drivers were so nice and accommodating. I loved that the hotel wasn’t in a super busy area or on a high traffic road. Clean room, entire hotel was immaculate. The gym was fully equipped with treads, bikes and weights. I loved the bar/lounge area. Would definitely stay here again! "
