There was nothing in the room to make anything to eat offer kitchen but nothing to use. Called front desk to ask for coffee maker was told I need to purchase. The room smelled like arm pits and not clean. Bed sheets were stained. This was not even worth the amount we paid.

It was what I needed and affordable. I attended the PIAA High School State Basketball Championships in Hershey at the Giant Center and it was 15 minutes away. I will stay there again next year for the PIAA High School State Basketball Championship. For me, a Retired USAF Veteran, it was perfect!!

Second shift front desk clerk very nice and helpful.....1st place I've ever stayed that wanted to charge for towels and more than 1 internet user in room. We stayed here years before COVID and it was much better with the pots/pans, utensils, plates etc in room and not such things as charging for towels and more than one internet device in room

I absolutely loved our stay there. Staff were so accommodating and friendly. Rooms were clean, updated and well-maintained. Excellent quality for the rates. Beds were comfortable and kitchenette was convenient.

We stayed at yhis hoyel for an overnight on our drive to Florida. Check in desk was all closed up when we got there (10pm) and we had to call on a phone to get someone to help. This did make me feel a bit uneasy and I usually prefer a 24 hour front desk. When the front desk person did answer, they only opened their sliding window a crack to hand me paperwork and keys and always shut it quickly- it made me a bit nervous about why. Nevertheless, we did not feel unsafe in the parking lot or anything and the hotel is between the highway and a nice looking residential area. Tbe rooms were okay but could use a bit more of a deep clean. Floors felt sticky and baseboards/bathroom area could be wiped down a bit better. Linens seemed clean. Not sure I would stay again, but it was okay and got us some rest.

Nice! Seems to be newly renovated. Great for a single stay for a week stay. Large fridge in room stove top, sink and microwave if you wanted to cook anything. Perfdct for what I needed during my trip.

Everything was nice, looked brand new and the desk staff was nice. The room wasn't very clean. The light switches, remote control, refrigerator handles and door handles were nasty and underneath the top of the bed was filthy. And they cut our key cards off a 9:40am when check out was at 11am.

Luckily our stay here was super short (less than 24 hrs). The room we were in was by the highway which was SO loud. Could hear cars going by all night long. Every time someone moved in a room next to us you could hear it. The place was clean. The office hours are very goofy

For me to check in I had to use a phone in the front to dial a number, the man came out and rushed thru the process of checking me. I tried to be pleasant he was not. Once in our room we found we only had 2 bath towels, 1 washcloth and no hand towels. I found it annoying that there was no in room coffee like most hotels and not sure if breakfast was offer and we needed to leave early. I feel the owners are not making enough money on extended stays so have opened up as a regular overnight accommodations.

Decent room, but on the small side. Fairly new place, but I didn’t notice any USB ports. Coffee stain on the bathroom counter that wasn’t wiped down properly, but everything else seemed clean. Bonus of the room was a full sized Fridge, stovetop and microwave. The pillows were a bit “mushy”, but the bed was comfy. Wasn’t great, but wasn’t horrible and I would probably stay again for a one nighter considering the relatively low price.

Overall nice clean room with major exception of having found peanut shell remnants in the sheets below the bedspread! Either sheets were not cleaned or the maid was watching tv eating peanuts after making the bed (yuck). Luckily we had the foresight to bring our own coffeemaker and pods since the room had none and lobby also no longer has coffee! Crazy screaming toddler running back and forth above our room until after midnight both nights of our stay and they couldn’t stop their infant from screaming in the early morning (check in person should have had the common sense to put that family on the ground floor corner room). One tiny bar of soap and one tiny shampoo left for three people. Nice place overall but bring your own supplies including toiletries, coffee and earplugs!

I probably wouldn't stay here again. I stayed here because it was the most economical choice in the Hershey area (there was an event at the park that filled up area hotels and made any vacancies super expensive). For sure this hotel points out it is no frills, and it was as advertised. So my expectations were low so I wasnt necessarily disappointed...but the stay was ok. Negatives: only in room amenities were 1 bar of soap, 1 tiny bottle of shampoo, towels, and toilet paper; SUPER loud road noise from I81; no kitchen supplies (no pots, pans, silverware); no breakfast; only 2 small uncomfortable pillows; unusually high bed Positives: cheap; lots of hot water/great water pressure; felt safe as a solo female traveler; front desk lady very friendly; close to dining/things to do Overall, it was pretty much as expected which wasn't much. If youre looking for a cheap no frills place, this is it. If you like something a little nicer or with amenities available, youll be disappointed.

When you walk in the building it appears clean. However, after leaving the reception area and go through the doors, the building smells of what seems to be animal urine as well as the elevator smelling. My room had random strands of hair throughout the bathroom, mold on the walls, and my towel had mold on it. Point that my q-tips were wet and unusable when I got up in the morning. The rooms are extremely basic with no amenities at all and I had to go to a store to buy some travel amenities for the night. If you want coffee, you have to buy a coffee maker from the front desk.

Although there were facilities to prepare meals, there are no plates pots, silverware ot coffee pots available unless you wanted to purchase them from the front desk. There was also was no iron, ironing board, hair dryer or hangers available in the room. The desk was not occupied 24 hours and upon returning to our room at 11:00, we spent the next several hours with loud music on one side of us and a barking dog across the hall, which did not make for a restfull night sleep.
