Cottage on the lake

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The covered porch and the sitting area down by the private dock were our favorite spots. The floors need some attention, but other than that we loved it there. We would stay again! Also, Todd was very responsive to texts when we had questions.

Lake Side Get Away

If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you. My wife and I spent 5 days away from our busy lives and this location made for a complete reset into what life is really about, beauty, relaxing views and time to invest in yourself! Can't wait for my next venture!

Relaxing stay

Beautiful views at this waterfront cottage. Nice and quaint. The cottage was clean and had everything you need for a serene stay. Excellent communication with the owner and he was quick to respond and very helpful. However, the beds were very old and uncomfortable with springs well worn along with wild bedding that made it impossible to keep the blanket on the bed.

Excellent little cottage!

This place was clean, great supplies, views are amazing, nice floating dock! Heat and AC worked great!!! Nice circular driveway. Very very quite area with lots of nature! I’ll rent it again for sure! We even had my son meet us at the dock with his boat!!! The floating dock is perfect when water levels are lower!!! Highly recommend!

Mom’s Weekend Getaway.

This house was adorable! The quiet neighborhood, peaceful water view, and quaint location was a perfect setting for a relaxing weekend for this momma. My only drawbacks were the missing blinds to a glass windowed side door, which would have been appreciated for more privacy, and a hurting neck for the next few days. I recommend bringing your own pillow. Overall, we had everything we needed for a recuperating retreat and we hope to visit again!

Amazing Getaway

We had an amazing time at lake Harrison. The house was exactly as described. Easy 20-25 min drive to downtown Chattanooga. There is also a really Cool haunted house and hayride really close to the house called The Haunted Hill Top! The lake itself is beautiful and the back porch is perfect to sit and drink your coffee in the morning and the dock is perfect for watching the stars at night! Also google and Apple Maps does not take you the correct way to the house( owner mentions that) but I found that Waze maps takes you the correct route!

A kayaking dream

My husband and I had the best kayaking trip ever!! This lake front property has a beautiful view of the lake but has a steep grade to put our boats in. Our ocean kayaks are heavy and the grade made it challenging for my husband and I but Todd and his son were there to put our boats in the water. There is a boat ramp 1. 2 miles down the street. The house was perfect for two people. It was clean and nicely decorated. I would go back.

Cottage Wonder

We found this place as our son was married at Howe's Farm. It's basic, clean, has all the amenities, and we had three people there quite comfortably. The setting is spectacular. The deck and docks on Harrison Bay provide a phenomenal setting. I'm not a fisherman nor a big boater, but we enjoyed the setting none the less. Swimming was great. The driveway situation is a bit of a pain, but not bad after you find it the first time. The cottages are close, but well secluded. If you're looking for a cute cottage with a little slice of heaven, this is it. It's only about 25 minutes to Chattanooga or Cleveland, and there's something for everyone in the area - nature, shopping, history. Todd, the host, is perfect - communication was upfront, and everything just as he described. We'll be headed back!

Our stay was wonderful in this beautifully decorated cabin. It was very clean and had everything we needed! Our kids fished all day long. The neighborhood was quiet. Just what we needed for a little getaway. Our host was extremely helpful. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!
