"Run down, closed the pool so they wouldn’t have to clean it, very bad water pressure. My autistic child had an accident in the bed, and I was berated by the staff, who gave me worn, old bedding “in case it happens again” and refused to give me a new comforter. Then they charged me $200 for the comforter not being in the room at checkout."

"Hot tub was clean and beautiful. Worked great!Cabin was mostly clean: as expected out in the country. The brewing coffee pot did not work but they did have a single cup keurig available. There was minimal to no hand soap at the sinks. The outdoor fire pit area was amazing with lots of wood to purchase. All in all very peaceful with little traffic noise. The host responded quickly. Close to Nashville, the state park, and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to come back. "

"Room was just okay. There was no operable elevator and we had to schlep our suitcase up the stairs. Breakfast area was very tiny, food was not hot, floor and tables were sticky and the two small garbage receptacles were overflowing. AND…we paid $230 for the room and we expected better."

"Staff kept the coffee stocked and hot, which I appreciated. Beyond that, cleanliness and breakfast quality both kinda missed the mark for me. There was a strong presence of marijuana/other substances throughout common areas and hallways, which made it feel less clean and less family-friendly than expected."
