"I absolutely loved this comfortable and hospitable place. The communication was amazing and the extra little touches to make us feel welcome and at home plus the overall atmosphere was just perfect. I wish I could have stayed longer and explored the town which looked charming but I want to give a nod to the terrific little corner cafe we walked to for dinner where the service was friendly and the food delicious. Luray
8.2 out of 10, Very good, (416 reviews)
"We came to Lurray to see fall foliage and explore the caverns but the real star of our stay was this B&B. What an amazing experience! Gregory was the sweetest human and a great coversationalist. There is a lot of love that has gone into maintaining this old house and it shows. They have crafted a wonderfully curated experience from start to finish. We enjoyed hot chocolates by the fire pit, excellent balanced breakfasts, and a very comfortable king bedroom. 10/10!"

"We pulled in at 5pm and were promptly greeted by Bill (Judie's husband). He checked us in and gave us a brief tour of the building and the farm. Our room was spacious and well appointed, and the bathroom with the slipper claw foot tub was very nice. It was modern but maintained much of the character we appreciate. Breakfast was excellent, and included an impromptu lesson from Bill on (re)construction of the premises. Unfortunately Judie was under the weather, so we didn't get a chance to meet...
