"The space was bigger than I anticipated. The listing said “cozy” which typically means tiny, but there was a good amount of space. It is a basement apartment and there is a family, I’m assuming the host, residing upstairs. There are the usual sounds that go along with that, but nothing annoying. The water pressure was less than I’m used to, and the air conditioning was set lower than I expected (with no control by the guests), but overall, it was a great experience. "5 night stay and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Host was very attentive and quick to respond. Keurig did not work, and they quickly offered to fix. Could have been a little cleaner, but honestly we expected what we got because we knew they accepted animals. Everything else was wonderful. Would book again in a second. "

"My wife and I stayed 3 nights over the Independence Day holiday to attend the Kenny Chesney concert at Arrowhead Stadium. We loved the location of the rental, within a 10 minute walk to the Main St. Area in Lee's Summit. It was also an easy drive to Arrowhead for the concert, about 30 minutes. The house is a bit aged, but overall, comfortable. The front couch/futon was not the best to sit for extended periods, but was good for our needs. "we did like this house. we had no issues although we wouldn't stay here again. Having surveillance cameras all through the house was very weird to us. they did tell us in advance that cameras were in the house, but once we got into the house, we did not like it at all."
