"Newer hotel but right on off and on ramps! Very noisy from semis. Wore earplugs , along with pillow over my head. Had bed next to window and still had very poor sleep...maybe 3 hours. 2nd night- other bed, jumping noisy kids above us, loud tv next door! Another poor night of sleep. Called office. Helped but didnt stop the noise. Pounded on wall helped better for loud voices (tv?) Never neen so happy to leave a hotel! Not worth the xtra dollars to stay here. Nice facility but over priced for dog deposit too when there was a disgusting red sticky puke or spill already in the room! Not a great experience at all!! However, on a good note...There is a grocery store , gas station Wendy's and a Starbucks and a bank/atm within walking distance. Wish we had brought the camper, regardless"

"The property is a little worn. The room felt rough around the edges - and not super clean. There were some stains on the couch and 2 of the lamps flickered. The AC unit was super noisy and the balcony door was stuck and didn't open. But the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. It's an ok place and a good value, but it could use some love. It's fine, but not great."

"We prepaid for our room. We arrived late- just before midnight after a long day of travelling. When we arrived the room was not ready. The front desk seemed to be scrambling a little but said they had two open rooms. They told me it would be ten more minutes. Forty minutes later- around 1 am- we were given a room that was less than satisfactory. The manager had mentioned that it was in need of some repairs but it was the only room they had available. I needed to get my kids to sleep so I just wanted a room. The manager apologized and said the room was less than standard and since we had prepaid- he would leave a gift card for me at the front desk in the morning. So I said I’m and we went upstairs. The bed frames were dusty, the floors wet and the outlets were falling off the wall. Again- we just needed to sleep. We left early- 7:30 am and I took the keys to the front desk. The gal said you can leave them in the desk. I explained to her that the manager was supposed to leave us something. She did not care. Shrugged and said the manager would be there at 9:30. We had a tournament all day in KC. This experience was one of the poorest I have ever had. If the manager would have done what he said- I would have left it alone. But he did not. Garesh Hospitality have tarnished the Wyndham Brand which is unfortunate. I will avoid these hotels if I can given my bad experience."

"Stayed with my kids and dogs April 24 to 26th. We came up for a marathon and Royals game. We had a great time plenty of room in space for all of us. The property was a little older. However, it is still clean and has everything you need. Well stocked with all needed basics. The check in prrocess was easy and communication with host was efficient. The property had 5 beds we did not have 8 people, but you could sleep eight people there very comfortably. There was an additional pull out, roll away bed as well.Which technically would count for 6 beds. There's a small backyard area that is suitable for dogs. All of the rooms had fans and TVs. Very affordable for the space you get and the fact that you can have your pets as well."

"This house was a disappointment. Listing notes hottub, pool, and breakfast included- none were true. House smelled noxious the minute we walked in. Suspected marijuana, cat urine, mold, cooking smells, or some combination. The smell never went away, and got worse when the furnace ran (which we couldn’t disable because the thermostat was locked). Generally dirty with hair on the floors and copious number of rugs and even some sunflower seeds trapped in the rug which had clearly not been vacuumed in recent history. A few days before check-in, the host told us they had removed the hottub because neighbors complained. Recommended a nearby community pool, which was nice but 10/person to enter and didn’t have a hot tub. Owner offered a discount on a future stay, but we don’t ever want to stay here again. Beds were comfortable. The firepit was nice to use. We stayed outside as much as possible. "
