Working farm "Unterflöber", 3 storeys, surrounded by meadows and fields. 5 km from the centre of Hart im Zillertal, 7 km from the centre of Fügen, 9 km from the lake, 9 km from the skiing area. In the house: storage room for bicycles, central heating system. Steep, narrow motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 3 cars). Shop 7 km, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 5 km, bus stop 10 km, railway station 10 km, outdoor swimming pool 7 km, indoor swimming pool 7 km, bathing lake "Schlitterersee" 9 km. Golf course (21 hole) 10 km, mountain railway 9 km, ice rink 7 km. Nearby attractions: Achensee 25 km, Innsbruck 45 km, Salzburg 150 km. On the estate animal husbandry. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. Owner uses some rooms in the house.

Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 sofabed, 1 double bed, hand-basin and satellite TV (flat screen). Living/dining room with dining nook and satellite TV (flat screen). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Carpet. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. The apartments are open to the stairwell. The owner lives on the ground floor. Skis can be parked in the garage, ski boots in the stairwell.
