It is your standard modus operation to book the cheapest room and then arrive at the Guesthouse very aggressive and threatening to the staff this method is well known to you which you use in order to get a free upgrade when you arrive the staff was very helpful towards you, yes the owner was in Cape Town over this period so it was stuff that is very capable who tried to help you after they took you to the free upgrade ensuite room that was also not good enough and they had to take you to the penthouse unit for which you will also not thankful.
