"Yes and yes. The lobby seemed abandoned. No music no TV on It was extremely quiet almost desolate. Cleaning the room occurred every three days which I did not appreciate. The eggs for the breakfast were terrible. The pillows were not very comfortable. "

"The floors tile all of it wasn’t mopped and the counter was sticky the lamp only had one working light in it and the pull out bed had alot of crumbs in it "

"Elevator and Halls smelled of Marijuana and cigarette smoke. People hanging out in staircase landings, and outside door latches were tapped open, so anyone can wander in at any time. I talked to person on duty, that stated they know these things, but cannot do anything about it. I made sure our room door was locked, security bolted, and jammed a chair under the handle for good measure. In the morning, I talked to the daytime supervisor, whom said that she wasn't aware on these issues. Then, I suggested a group that may possibly be responsible for the issues, and the supervisor said, " No, it's not them." Telling me that she had this issue previously, and knows who it is. But, she was unaware?!?!? "

"Beautiful hotel. Extremely clean and friendly staff. House keeping was on point daily and the food selection was good. Honesty best out of state hotel experience I've had. No complaints at all, felt safe and welcomed "

"I was given two rooms the first had hair in the bed when I pulled the covers back and the second had half a can of twisted tea sitting on the night stand. There were kids running around the halls and a guest came to complain and the manger said he didn’t see any kids. I saw them multiple times as I was changing rooms and they were right by the lobby."
