Main house: Primary King, Bedroom 2 Queen, Bedroom 3 Queen, plus three sofas in the living areas.
Cottage: 1 Queen + 2 Twins, with a game room upstairs.
Guests have the entire property to themselves - both the main house and the cottage, plus the dock, hot tub, covered patio, and screened porch. Parking fits three vehicles comfortably, with extra room at the top of the hill. Self check-in with smart locks.
