Magnificent views, comfortable, fancy and quiet!

Loved our two night stay, felt very welcomed and the views took our breath away. Will definitely stay again next time we're there.

Absolutely stunning view could look at it all day, lovely owner super nice lady, place is close to paihia. 5 mins away. Maybe one thing would be to dust the room a bit that's all I could see to be picky.

Best B&B in have stayed in

This was without doubt the best facility and stunning view of any b&b i have ever stayed in, would not hesitate going back to it and recommend it to anyone looking for a stay in the bay of islands area.

malgré une chambre confortable et une vue magnifique , c'est plus un bed&breakfast sans breakfast (car propriétaire absent et impossibilité d'avoir un breakfast) .une suite royale qui n'a de royal que le prix . quand vous faites une réservation , savoir que le petit déjeuner n'est pas compris , ce qui est trompeur dans les commentaires du site . mauvais rapport qualité-prix.

Beautiful and quiet

We found that the place was lacking TLC. For the second year in a row the owner's weren't there, the place is showing signs of being tired, out unit was not serviced. Found it pricey.
