8.8/10 Excellent! (1,949 reviews)
Things were good until we wanted to upgrade. The lady at the front desk said she was the supervisor once I asked for management. She acted like I was bothering her and really didn’t want to help. The concierge could hear us talking and she took control. Can’t remember her name but she made our experience much better. If it wasn’t for her we would have moved hotels.
