Great stay in Canadian Rockies!

Location was super convenient. Price was perfect. Community hot tub was nice to have. Ryan and Helen were great communicators. My in app messaging was broken and they went above and beyond to get us information.

Just right

100% satisfied. I would recommend this listing to anyone who has eight people or less. Walked in and all was provided. Fantastic communal living with the rest of the complex guests. Fire pit, BBQ’s and the hot tub, so many friendly guests. The proximity to Canmore, Banff and the Legacy Trail was a huge plus.

Home away from home

The property is very clean and well organized. We were surprised that the toiletries were provided. Clean towels and beddings. We really feel we’re in a home away from home. We will stay here again and will recommend to our friends. The only setback is we miss the air conditioner.

Cute Condo with the basics

Nice property, very clean and had all the basics we needed. Would have been nice to have an additional tv in at least one of bedrooms for the kids to use, and another chair in the living room where the only tv is. We had two adults and two kids and there’s really only comfortable seating for 3 around the tv/fireplace. Master bedroom bed wasn’t very comfy, kinda sunk into the bottom and middle but was okay for the few nights we were there. We didn’t try the sofa bed. The listing says sleeps 8 but there is no way 8 people could fit in this place, there was enough room for the four of us maybe 5. The property is also on the backside of the building so you don’t have a clear mountain view your view is of the trees/houses/street behind and through the trees you can see mountain tops. Still a nice view but if seeing the mountains is important you won’t have a good view from here. They had all the amenities we needed in the bathroom and kitchen, extra pillows and blanket too. Netflix and Roku tv were provided along with free food Wi-Fi which was great for all of us. Everything was labelled clearly too so didn’t have any questions on how things worked or where things were. They also left us a nice Christmas treat basket which was much appreciated too! Location was nice as it’s easy access to both Banff and Canmore.

2 minute drive from Canmore

2 min drive Canmore. Quiet for sleeping but close to bars/restaurants. AC downstairs very nice to have to escape the summer heat. Short drive to many hiking trails and scenic sites. Very easy check out process.

Great place for vacation

This place aced passed all of my expectations. The first day we got there we arrived at shortly after 12:00 AM, and suddenly realized we had come one day early. Through the VRBO app, I contacted the owners of this place. Due to the time l, I expected they wouldn’t reply until morning. To my surprise, they replied within 1 minute. This is how it was throughout our stay. Very good people to work with because they are willing to work with you. The stay was very pleasant. The house was neatly arranged and everything was spotless. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

Great little condo!

We ask enjoyed our stay and Ryan & Helen's condo in Harvie Heights. Its just outside Canmore, hot just a short drive put us into the town centre and there was lots of trails right around the condo. Really, really appreciated it being pet friendly so we could bring our pup with us, and connecting with the owners was very easy worh a great response time. Would definitely stay here again!

First time staying in a condo/air bnb, was a great price incomparison to renting two hotel rooms for our families. Had everything you need including access to a hot tub, BBQ and laundry facilities on site.
