Every townhouse has a mountain view that features two bedrooms each with a queen bed, one folding bed, two full bath rooms. The main floor showcases a gas fireplace, flat screen TV with a pull-out sofa and heated flooring. All townhouses come with a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area.
This beautiful townhouse is only 15 minutes to Banff town center and 5 minutes to Canmore town center where you can stroll through town and browse the shops, enjoy a nice meal, or spoil yourself with a day at the spa. If you are looking to be active during your stay, you can enjoy one of the nearby golf courses, or during ski season check out one of 4 ski resorts in the surrounding areas. There are hiking trails and bike trails, and even a nearby park to take the little ones.
Damage Deposit of $250.00 will be automatically reimbursed 7 days after check-out, once no damage to the unit has been reported.

Other things to note We're not big fans of the term "House Rules" - we want everyone to have a great time and enjoy themselves. Still, here are some requests from us to help make your stay more enjoyable and also to protect our suite... - Please remove shoes while in the home.
- Please no smoking. Smoking will result in a $500 fine by Bighorn County. - The building has a quiet time of 10 PM. Please abide by that.
Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
Garbage and Recycling: Please do not leave garbage outside; if you wish to dispose of garbage and recycling there are garbage and recycling bins located at the entrance of the lodge.
Other things to note ***Please Note - Indoor heated pool, Gym and Outdoor hot tub are currently not available due to litigation issue ***

Remove personal items and take out the rubbish

The checkout time is anytime before 11am.
Send the host a message when your group leaves and it will be much appreciated and easier for the cleaning team.
Put all used bath towels in the washer and start to wash them.

Great size house with easy parking. A bit dated, beds on the smaller side but well stocked kitchen. Clear communication but worth being aware there were a number of instructions from the host before checkout (eg: starting the dishwasher load, starting the washing machine for the bath towels).
Very close to Canmore, and decently close to Banff.
The Property had everything we needed and Lauren was a easy to get hold of. We did have an issue with the TV which was not working properly, but it was still usable, and did not ruin our stay. It was a shame the pool and hot tub were not available, as we look forward to a dip after skiing. Overall the property is in a good location, and is a nice size with everything you would need. I would happily stay there again.
Very clean and organized place. Checking in and out was easy. We had everything we needed for our stay. Host is very responsive and nice. Highly recommended. We would definitely book their place again if we ever come back to Banff.
Very clean. The beds where very very squeaky every time you moved and the Shaw cable TV was not working. Right off the highway and close to Canmore with moutain views
