This lovely 3 bedroom, 1 bath home is simply beachside living with fun touches of today. Ideally located only a short distance from a beach as well as the heart of Harwichport, you're sure to have plenty to do nearby from enjoying the sports bars, restaurants, pizza, ice cream and many fun shops to pedaling to the bike trail or playing a friendly round of golf.

Enjoy a barbecue or gather the family in the back yard for a sing along by the firepit.

Wonderful location. Exactly what was expected.

We are local and was having some work done on our house. Although there were only two of us staying, I can say this house is perfect for a group of friends or family. Wonderful location and layout to enjoy all that Harwichport has to offer. Kevin is a great host and very responsive as well.

Birthday Weekend in Cape Cod

This was our first trip to Cape Cod and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The cottage is very well located with a short walk to the beach. The back yard was very roomy - we wish we had more time to enjoy it.

This is a classic Cape Cod cottage. Knotty pine and charming idiosyncrasies. All the necessary amenities. A bit musty, but maybe it has been little used over the winter.

Above and Beyond

Place is gorgeous. Whether it’s for you and friends or family, it fits everything you want. Kevin was a great host, checking in and answering all questions quickly. The place is a short walk to beach, the outside firepit is a fantastic hangout spot and all neighbors are friendly. The short walk to Dunkin is also much needed lol. The living room is also very cozy and a good place to watch sports or any TV. Again, can’t say enough about Kevin. The best host I have had on any of these travel apps. Really cares that his renters have the best time possible and it shows. Will be coming back here in future years. 10/10

Our family had a lovely stay at this Harwichport beach house. The interior was spacious and easily accommodated our family of four plus our dog. We had fun using the yard for outdoor games, used the grill to make dinner, and enjoyed making s'mores over the firepit. The house is an easy walk to the beach and the downtown shops are also within walking distance. We hope to return in 2026!

Just what we were looking for

We wanted to take a break away from our life to the cape cod for a few days. We were looking for that old time Cape Cod atmosphere & close to a beach and we found it. Great quiet neighborhood. The owner was a pleasure to work with - most accommodating & helpful. I’m sure we will be returning. Location was ideal - short walk to beach. House was very clean.
