Holiday Home 'Im Harz' with Private Terrace, Garden and Wi-Fi

Enjoy relaxing days at the comfortable holiday home "Im Harz" in Harzgerode – perfect for families or friends! The 80 m² house accommodates 5 guests and features a cozy living room with sofa bed, two bedrooms, a modern bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. High-speed Wi-Fi is available, ideal for video calls. Entertainment is provided by a TV, children's books, and toys. A high chair and baby cot are available on request.



The house offers a private terrace, garden, barbecue area, playground, and garage. In summer, a second house on the property is rented out – the garden is then shared, while your house remains private. We recommend bringing slippers, as the floor can be cool in winter. Pets are allowed upon request (for an extra fee). The house is non-smoking.



Within just 3 minutes on foot, you reach Rewe, Edeka, a bakery, and a butcher. Numerous hiking trails start right outside your door, and brochures with excursion tips are provided. The house is situated on a hill and offers a wonderful view over the town. Free parking is available at the house, in the garage, or on the street.

Lage war zentral, Haus wurde renoviert

Pros: Das Haus war gut ausgestattet! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage war zentral im Ort, Bäcker und Supermarkt waren dicht gelegen. Der Garten war groß und jede Menge Spielmöglichkeiten für kleinere Kinder. Cons: Wir haben uns kaum getraut die Fenster zu öffnen a) wegen der vielen Nacktschnecken im Garten (die nach dem Regen auch die Fensterscheiben lang hoch geklettert sind und zum anderen b) waren die Fensterrahmen sehr dreckig, dass das Bett im Schlafzimmer neu dekoriert wurde. Dieser negativ Punkt könnte behoben werden mit einer Grundreinigung der Fenster inkl. Wartung und ggf. Fliegengittern (wenigstens in den Schlafräumen)

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, sehr weiter zu empfehlen.

Pros: Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, bei Anliegen immer ein offenes Ohr. Es gab im Garten ein Spielhaus perfekt für die Kids. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Cons: Die steile Auffahrt aber dafür kann ja keiner was und wenn man einmal rückwärts eingeparkt hat funktieonierte das auch beim nächsten mal.
