"Hugely disappointing! Check in was a shambles, it took well over an hour, we had to queue to get a clipboard to fill out a form, despite providing all the information the previous day online as requested which was a complete waste of time, then wait for our name to be called to complete the check in. There was no hairdryer in our room, two wardrobes with a total of seven clothes hangers and no cushions on the balcony chairs. we stayed for 3 nights and had no hot water on any night for a shower. There was a buffett restaurant, an a la carte rest"

"All rooms face the water, the deck, pool and bar were great and it is just a few steps to the water with the breakwater rocks close by creating a protected area that you can swim out of into open water. Michelle gave a great rum tasting for 15 of us on Wednesday morning (!) complete with sing a long. One of the best things about Soco is that it is at the end of the boardwalk, perfect for early morning and late afternoon walks along the water."
